I’m a Student of My Work!

My first encounter with pole dancing was at my bachelorette party in 2010. Witnessing the awesome strength, confidence, and sexiness of the dancers, combined with years of trying to find a form of fitness that would allow me to regain skills that I had when I was a gymnast, left me with an overwhelming need to learn more about the art of pole dance. Upon taking my first class at Premier Pole, I knew I had found what I was looking for and it wasn’t long before I decided to take my practice to the next level and become an instructor. I have been certified by the Premier Pole Instructor Training Program, National Exercise and Sports Training Association, and the Easy Flexibility Certification program. I took the leap and joined the Premier Pole Competition Team in 2012 and have since then brought home 2 medals. While I would describe myself as a technical dancer, I enjoy the challenge of exploring organic, free-flowing emotion and raw sexiness in my dance. I delight in sharing my love for pole dance, fitness, and contortion training with my students and find that being an instructor keeps me a perpetual student myself.
